JOLLY FC 2024 Awards Nomination

As part of our End of Year Celebrations 2024, we’re recognizing the dedication, talent, and spirit of our members with awards in various categories. This year, YOU have the chance to nominate and honor our outstanding members.

Here's the Process:

  • Nominate members who you believe are most deserving of each award category. Use the form below to submit your nominations.
  • Your nominations will highlight the top contenders for each category.
  • The top five nominees in each category will then be reviewed by the Jolly FC Executive Committee (EXCO) for final voting.

Note:

  • The Highest Goal Scorer will be decided by facts (No nomination).
  • The nomination process will close on 27th Nov, 2024, so make sure to have your say before the deadline!

The member whose outstanding contributions have significantly impacted the club.
The curator who showed exceptional effort in organizing and executing club activities.
